August 2022 Membership Luncheon and Membership Orientation

Please join us on Thursday, August 25 for this month's Membership Luncheon.  We are so excited to be bringing this month's Membership Education Luncheon to Destin. The luncheon will begin at 11:30 a.m. and we will be meeting at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Destin, located at 14051 Emerald Coast Parkway, Destin. Please spread the word, we can't wait to see you there! As soon as this luncheon finishes we will have our new member orientation immediately following. Please make plans to stay for that. All new members of NWFAA are invited.

Presentation - Building Effective Leaders

Too many employees in leadership positions don't understand what they are being asked to do and are not being given the expertise to succeed. Great leadership produces more leaders, not followers! Greg's up and down career, all the great managers he played for like Dusty Baker and Lou Pinella, and was blessed to play with some of the great players of his generation including Will Clark, Ken Griffey Jr, and Alex Rodriguez taught him what it takes to be an effective leader.

Objectives:

• Don't ever underestimate the positive influence you can have with the right words at the right time
• Commit to becoming the absolute best that you can be
• It won't come easy, keep getting back up
• Team goals ahead of personal goals
